Throughout her career, Susan has simplified billing processes, improved collections, and significantly reduced outstanding AR balances—cutting aging accounts by more than half. She has led and mentored billing teams, overseen operations across multiple facilities, and partnered closely with corporate teams to keep processes accurate, compliant, and efficient.

When she’s not helping practices run smoothly, Susan and her husband, Tom, enjoy spending time at home with their houseful of pets, gardening, and cherishing moments with their new grandbaby.
