Leah Teichmiller, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 10 years of experience in emergency medicine, oncology, and neurology. She earned both her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Throughout her career, Leah has cared for patients facing complex medical challenges and developed a passion for helping older adults and their families navigate the healthcare system. She is committed to ensuring seniors receive compassionate, coordinated, and patient-centered care while empowering families with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions.

Leah lives in Illinois with her husband, Brock, and their three young children. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, baking with her children, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family—especially on the water.
